Because L'Insert is made to order for the customer who orders it, we don't have an open returns policy. Outside of errors we may occasionally commit, returns are therefore handled on a case-by-case basis. It goes without saying we will always do all we can to ensure you (and your bag) are fully satisfied with your 7RP experience.
