Shipping
We have reduced our prices by decoupling shipping and import duties from it. You will be able to select the shipping method of your choice at check-out. Displayed prices at check-out include all import taxes and duties. You will incur no additional charges upon receiving L'Insert.
Returns
L'Insert is made-to-order specifically for you. Unless a mistake was made by us, we do not generally accept returns. If an issue arises, let us know and together we will find a solution. When you (and your bag) are satisfied, so are we.
Manufacturing
L'Insert is handmade to order in France. If you place your order now, it will ship within: January 20th, 2023.
Care
L'Insert is 100% made of Alcantara. It is machine-washable (in cold water). Avoid tumble-drying; instead, air-dry upside-down.

How our products are made
Our inserts are designed by passionate and experienced collectors who have been wearing luxury bags for over two decades. Our design process, which is both bag- and user-centric, includes research, prototyping and lengthy testing until the perfect version of a product is defined. Upon your order, a skilled member of our French Riviera atelier perfectly executes, by hand, the inserts of your choice.
Protects
Made from the hi-tech Italian Alcantara material, L’Insert protects the inside of your bag from scratches, stains and liquid spills. We chose Alcantara because it is water-repellent and against color transfers. Oh, and it doesn't only take care of your bag: L'Insert is completely vegan and sustainably manufactured, protecting animals and the environment as well.
